Privacy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
This is the privacy notice for links.mrchii.com, the Mr. Chii links page. It's short because the page does very little with your data.
Who we are
Mr. Chii is responsible for this page (the “data controller”). Questions about your data? Get in touch.
What we process, and why
The page itself collects nothing — no forms, no sign-ups, no cookies, and no third-party fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically logs basic technical data (your IP address, browser type and the time of your request) so the page loads and stays secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe, working site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and the logs are kept only as long as needed for that.
Netlify may process this data on servers outside the EU, including in the United States. It is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and also relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so the transfer stays protected (see Netlify's privacy notice).
The video
If a YouTube preview is shown, nothing reaches YouTube or Google until you tap play. Tapping it loads the video from YouTube, which may then set cookies and collect data under Google's Privacy Policy. Don't tap, and YouTube receives nothing.
Links to other sites
Our buttons lead to other services — our shop, Ko-fi, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Once you follow a link you're on that company's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. As we hold nothing about you beyond the host's technical logs, most requests are best directed to the services named above. You can contact us here, and you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We'll update this notice if the page changes; the date at the top always shows the current version.
